Return Policy

Should you wish to return or exchange any item, you can do so within 10 days of the date of delivery.  The item needs to be in its original packaging and condition. Once we have received the item and assessed its condition, you will be refunded via your original method of payment or have the option to exchange your item.

Kindly note:

• All shipping fees are non-refundable. Any shipping fees associated with making returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
• We do not refund items damaged in transit.
• We do not refund items damaged or altered due to changes in relative humidity. Timber movement will occur as these are natural products.
• Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply changed your mind or made the wrong decision. Sizes are indicated in product descriptions. It is up to the customer to take item dimensions into consideration before placing an order.

Cracks, imperfections, wear & colour variations form part of wooden items’ character. Items are hand finished and made with reclaimed & off-cut wood, therefore pieces may vary in size and thickness.
